The Brisbane Astronomical Society convened the sixth Queensland Astronomy Education Conference (QAEC) on Saturday March 6 2010. The conference theme was ‘Expanding the universe in the classroom’.

Conference sessions covered a variety of topics of interest to Primary and Junior Secondary teachers. Refer to the programme for information on what topics were covered on the day. Time: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Registration was from 8.30 a.m..
Fee: $90 (includes resources, certificate of attendance, lunch and afternoon tea) $10 late fee applies after 19/2/10.
Acceptances:

Complete the registration form (one per person) and enclose a cheque/postal money order) made payable to the Brisbane Astronomical Society. School order forms (with a copy of this form) can be mailed to the address on the registration form. Your school will then be invoiced for payment.

You will receive a email confirming your successful registration at the conference once your application form has been processed.
